An alert is only useful if someone sees it. Ionhour can now deliver alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS and email, so each team gets notified in the place it already watches.
Connect a channel
Open Channels in the dashboard, pick a destination and authorise it. Slack connects with a one-click install; Teams, SMS and email only need a webhook URL, a verified number or an address.
Decide who hears what
Once a channel is connected, use alert routing to choose which monitors and priorities reach it. Critical incidents can go to SMS for the person on call while everything else posts quietly to a team channel.
